Best Blouse

I have a new favorite blouse: Simplicity1690. It's easy to sew and it's easy to wear. Basically, it's perfect. I rarely wear pants, but this blouse makes me want to wear it with pants everyday!

The pattern is three pieces: Front, back and neck binding.  I added an inch to the length of the blouse for a truly perfect fit.
